You'd probably need to fabricate a new centre console to make it protrude at least an inch out than it normally sits, and clear a lot of the plastic strengthening behind the existing stereo to then implement a 'rotate and flip' mechanism. That's going to be a fair bit of work in itself. You might be best off thinking of a more removable solution rather than permanent.
