the mileage is still reading correctly, everything else is still working correctly on the cluster.

Also i tried, suppergluing a pin just below 0, and forcing the resting point to be there, it didnt work.

I read it would fix on another forum

Mine has the exact same problem and it just keeps getting worse, mine now says its at 130mph in stationary.
