Hubby unplugged the switch and when he put the ignition on the needle was just flicking between 90 & 140. Not sure what to make of it now. Got a feeling it may also be the gauge itself :-/

It's definitely not the oil level, just topped it up with magnatec to be sure. Now the needle isn't even dropping to 0 when the ignition is off it just drops a little to just under half :-/

Hi!
I currently own a pug 206 1.6 lx on a x plate.
We always knew the oil temp sensor was a bit iffy because as soon as you turned on the ignition it would fly straight up to the top, light up then ...
