The problem is if you start it with the fuel reg pluged in it doesnt want to run very well, smokes like hell, has soon has you disconnect the fuel reg (electric) it runs smooth but has a very loud die ... |

all sorted now, someone adjusted the mixture screw all out, wasnt getting enough diesel |

Hi all, im fixing a fiat scudo with the peugeot 1.9 non turbo engine, same as a 206,
got it started but it will not rev at all, i have put a single wire solinoid in the pump to bypass the immobilis ... |

valve stem seals gone, might be work trying some oil vitality addeditive, put it into the oil and its suppossed to revitalise the oils seals which i have used before and worked but if the seals are to ... |

when fitting the new belt make sure you dont over tention it has i will put strain on the pas pump and alternator bearings, |

Are you deffinitly sure thats the clutch as it sounds more like the auxilary belt slipping more than anything, see if the noise come during the day when the alternator isnt on so much load, i've never ... |

hi. if yours has a speed sensor on the gearbox then it will be a white plastic sensor on the back top of the gearbox just above were the drivers drive shaft goes into the gearbox, if its the abs type ... |

try putting it into reverse, might be your clutch is going or might need adjusting, although the peugeot gearboxs are known for blowing the diffs, and oil patches underneath the car? |

oh ok, maybe you brake servo or the vacuum pipe has a whole, does the car idle more higher rpms tham usaul? wishbones are pretty common but also could be your top strut mounts, if you shake the steeri ... |

sounds posibley could be the main control panel, they are cheap enough to buy so might be worth while trying that mate |
