Just wondering as there is no Haynes manual for the 180, where can I get technical data (torques, wiring diagram etc)

You need to seal the light unit or it's just going to continue being an issue, cause damage to internals and maybe eventually damage electrics..
It's only autumn, hopefully it's going to get a lot we ...

Power steering fluid resiviour is topped up to the c when the car is cold.
Have you checked all vacuum hoses and electrical connections to your throttle body?

Take off the light and stick it upside down on a radiator overnight, run a clear silicon bead around the outside of where the two surfaces join.
Works a treat, if you keep the bead thin it's unnotice ...

Dismantled, removed starter (a job which I can confirm require removal of inlet manifold of on 04 model at least!) and cleaned out quite a lot of worn magnet from said starter, which must h ...

My asr/esp warning comes on every time it rains, I got really scared..
It's a faulty speed sensor on mine although you'll need to find a friendly garage to get a diagnosis of your specific problem.

Am getting a problem when starting it, sometimes nothing happens when I turn the key apart from a hopeful 'click' from the solenoid. ...
