I'm currently at this last stage with my 2005 Gti 180.

A/C was serviced, vac/pressure tested fine, full recharge.

System clicks when you turn on A/C and it does briefly cool the air before retur ...

I just had the A/C system on my 2005 180 serviced as well as vacuum and pressure tested - both fine. There was only 20g out of 700g of refrigerant left in the system - hence it wasn't cooling at all. ...

Ideally you could even refit the original air box cover if the new intake pipe fits through the hole...

New 206 180 owner here, had a 140 previously with a Pipercross induction kit but wasn't impressed with the results. Noise was good but that was about it!

Seeing a lot of arguments for and against ...
