Yeah, 7j is the same width as the Vortex. I think Challengers are 6.5. I've seen the early Vortex mentioned - Peugeot were just trying to keep you on your toes!

Yeah, that's true for the 180. It has a MAP sensor on the throttle body and needs a different sensor to a normal GTi.

I'd think you're safe in regards to the cambelt - I don't see how that could cause a problem like this!

Mine does similar but is most noticeable when it's cold - is yours any different depending on ...

Yep, that looks like it. The longer bit goes to the expansion tank and the bit with the bleed screw goes through the bulkhead. I've lost the little disc like bleed screw! Stuck without my car too Sad
