The Blue green and yellow will be for Changer, Wheel Controls etc. The CD player will still work, but you'll lose the wheel controls

Get ya multimeter out and check the feeds to your fusebox in the engine bay, starter motor etc

Just get the engine and heater on full wack before you de-ice?
