I bought the policy through hastings direct, the underwriters are advantage. |

I spoke to the ombudsman yesterday Lee, they have given me a case reference number and have said they will contact the underwriters...I can't believe I'm having to do all this, I've got nearly 20 year ... |

I haven't seen my car since before it was stolen, the police recovered it for forensics then my insurance company picked it up, I no long have any keys as the insurance company now have them...I had b ... |
