true,you have to cut off a lot of the silicone hose actually to make it fit.
think you have to look for a 68mm hose

try finding the calipers that can fit the 302mm discs,they are a bit more rare as the 180 brakes but should be about the same price i reckon?
they are deff.a huge upgrade to stock gti 138 brakes

rainsports are very good indeed.
they are sublime in the wet and on the dry as well and dont tend to wear a lot either.

its all pretty much the same though;think if you dont want to loose hp its best to make sure the cold air feed is in the correct place.

if you already have a corsa b 106hp i woulnt even bother looking for a 138 but look for a 180 straight away.
im sure you can keep up with a 138 already..why not take out the 1.6 and put in a redtop e ...

no 302mm,mine came off a 307rc.
307 break has them,i think any peugeot with engine code dw10bted4 has them but im not 100% sure.
calipers can be a bit hard to find though,think they should cost the ...

try the 302mm set up?
ive had pretty much the same set up on my gti as you have now and recently upgraded to 302mm drilled discs,braided hose,dot 5.1 braking fluid en ebc red stuff.

160.6hp 212.73nm with those modifications is pretty good.
yes tb's are pretty expensive,just put some fast cams in and im sure you can get it up to 170hp.

use a catchtank,i got one fitted but doesnt have much use on my engine.
tank doesnt get dirty or anything,only a couple of drops every couple hundred miles.
what that in mind maybe a breathing filte ...
