UPDATE.
Fault has been found! It was a burnt out A/C fuse in the engine fuse box. Due to my lack of electrical knowledge i just assumed the fuses would be okay if 12V was getting through, i was wro ... |

I've removed the heater blower motor and hooked it up briefly to a car battery, the motor spins. This really confuses me as i was almost certain the motor was broken. There is 14V reaching the blower ... |
