Fault has been found! It was a burnt out A/C fuse in the engine fuse box. Due to my lack of electrical knowledge i just assumed the fuses would be okay if 12V was getting through, i was wro ...

The car is a 2003 peugeot 206 1.4l petrol 8v quicksilver. The blower has 5 fan settings, 0-4. On any setting (0-4) the fan will not operate.
