Doesn't look like you will need a lot, so ebay is probably your best bet,
Dont know As for brands and types, i have no personal experience with carbon wrap,
but im sure somebody else will  |

I think you just get a sharp knife or blade against the seal and cut it, then probably some tar remover to get rid of the residue.

I think there is a bit of adjustability in camber,
but only slightly, to allow for slight tweaks/corrections to the camber angle.
Not 100% on this though. |
