Rather than messing around might aswell replace the 4 spark plugs and coil packs which should sort it. And if they not been done in a while its a good thing to do so

Had this problem with the BMW and it was due to the alignment being out. Don't know if it's same with the 206.

I would get rid of the tints, think they are too dark!
If you like the body kit then thats okay, I would personally leave the side skirts on and remove the front bumper for a standard one.

I had the problem, did the sensor first, then did the speedo and problem fixed.

Also as your 206 is 99 year. The millage is not stored on the ecu, so if you find speedo cluster you would have to ge ...

Yes does occur.
Usually the speedo unit itself is at fault
If this does not work then I say replace the speedo sensor
Is the needle dropping to zero say when your doing 30?
