recently had the front headlight bulb replace then notice the water bottle leaked when filling, does anyone know where i can buy just the sealing ring?

i own a 206 1.4 2002 the black plastic trim under the front of the car is loose on the offside how do i fix it?
i have a little knowledge just enough to get me in trouble so please if you can help ... |
