Not that i've noticed, just the headlights coming on. Could it be a loose wire on the unit? Where is it located? I take it I could get a second hand one down the scrappy to test?

I've read about how to disconnect the battery etc so ill try that later today. How much is a comms2000 unit and would I only get it from Peugeot? Sounds pricey.

Ah forgot the details, its multiplexed and no I dont have auto headlights. Is it worth taking the battery off in the proper way and rebooting it?

I've noticed recently when driving to work, that my headlights turn on to dipped beam randomly for about 3-5seconds, then off again. My hands are no where near the light stalk and the dash illuminates ...

Mine makes this noise too, quite noticeable as someone actually looked round to see what it was. Bit embarrasing though having it on a slow diesel Sad

Check all the pipes for leaks, thats what im do ...

I've had the Hdi a few weeks now and i've recently noticed that when ever i come off the accelerator, I get a hiss sort of noise.

It pretty much sounds like a dump valve, but im certain there isn't ...

Mine makes a noise when coming off the accelerator, like a rasping. Actually sounds like my mates leon with a recirc valve?? Possible split pipe?
