is it definately at the join? just get a new section of pipe the thread is probly shot. be carefull though as i had a drip leak on mine for two years untill i decided to treat it to a new pump and hos ... |

could be the exhaust, check for leaks and change the plugs sorted my mates out. |

that doesnt look like a gti bumper? looks like a standard one with fogs like mine is? good progress so far though, how much you selling the angel eyes for? |

take the glovebox out and reach around the back youl be able to feel it and if its loose will wobble around |

i had this on mine and it eventually failedm was the screws holding the motor in had come loose and it was rubbing on the housing, maybe the same it sounds it from what your describing as thats what m ... |

mine makes an annoying noise,between 4000-4500 revs when the exhaust blows the cobwebs out your ears, im not treated to the electronic bleeps with a y-reg unfortunately |
