If the water escapes from the bottle when the temperature is just under 90 degrees that is because the water starts to boil

i remeber when i bought mine it overheated so to check the fan works i bridge the plug from the temp sensor with the ignition on and the fan worked

if the threads on the bolt are slightly sticking out put the nut on and tighten the nut. use a bar to lever it in place or alternatively hit it with a hammer dont be shy its metal your
