What is long drive? 30miles, 50miles,...? Is it matter in which gear i drive at 50-60mph? 4th or 5th?

Hello.
I will put my problem in to this topic becouse it is the same.
Three days ago warning "unblock diesel filter" appeared. I went to peugeot dealler and he connect my car to computer. FAP filter ...
