Ok, so I have managed to get pretty much all the maintenance done, but the seats in my 'new' 206 are kinda dirty from the old owner. What is the best way to clean them?

Hey, I read somewhere that you should change your glow plugs every 60,000 miles. Is this true? If not, then what should I do to make sure my car is ready for winter in the glow plug department?

There is this werid bit of foil stuff on one of inlets to the engine, is this normal?
