i have a gti 140 and the rear view mirror was not attached, it appears there should be a clip on the windscreen thats missing, any 1 know the PN or a place i can get one? |

165 is not bad really if the timeing is out, i wouldnt expect you to have damaged anythign if its only 2 or 3 teeth out. if there is no matalic noises that is. |

if you have flooded the motor, you can take the spark plugs out, and then turn the key for 30 secs to clear it, then put the plugs back in and your sorted. |

had this a few times and its really common, you need to either 1, replace the idle control valve in the throttle body, or 2 clean it. |

hard to tell from that pic, well the thermostat houseing is to the right , so i would say there or the head gasket. checked you oil recently? |

2.check belt condition, / run engine with oult the belt. mine was the ac pump making noise.

it will be the fan resister thats on the bottom left of the rad as you llok throught the front grill change that. |

sounds like bearing, i dont own a 206 any more to know the route the belts go, but sounds like beraing of either a tesnioner or alternater / water pump/ air con |
