Yes, I did this very recently. I've posted somewhere...

Remove your radio.

Remove the surround from the multi-function computer (MFC). This should pop out.

Then remove the two screws holdin ...

The air con should be blowing warm with one minute. It's more economical in time & fuel to turn the air con in the morning to demist the windcreen than sitting & waiting for my car (90 HDi) to warm u ...

I get normal hot/cold air from the heater. That, I didn't make clear. Sorry.

Could it be a faulty fuel filter or fuel pump?

It's the first thing I'd check.

As the topic states, my manual air con will blow out cold when it is turned on. I'm glad that it is at the moment. Very Happy

I was planning on keeping them until they wear out. The garage did say they had about 4k left on all of them. Then, I'll change them as and when needed.

I have owned a 2002 2.0 HDi 3 dr for twelve days now & I realised last week that I have the wrong wheels and/or tyres fitted.

I've checked online & I know I should have 195/55/15 tyres but I don't. ...

I always change my OEM air filters to a K&N one. Simply, because I get a higher MPG.

But, you also only have to clean it every 50,000 miles or so. So, instead of replacing a rubbish paper air fil ...

This is the problem I have today. I snapped the Bocsh Aerotwin AR22U blades on & the drivers wiper is leaving a patch of dirty windscreen approx. 3"-4" wide along the length of the A pillar. ...
