Seems to be running fine Smile

Keeping an eye on the fuel pipes, looks dry around the filter.

Glow plugs made big difference, one turn of key after light out an fires straight away.

Hello,
Was just out for closer look at the solenoid. Not got a big enough socket to get it out.
It's powered from one of the old immobiliser wires.
Wire is negative 12 with ignition off.

Hello.

Done the 4 glow plugs...

Still won't start.

They are getting 12v till the relay clicks them off.

There is no smoke, making me think there is no fuel?

The immobiliser on fuel pump ...

Got into the glow plugs today.
And with the help of this video found had 3 dead ones using a multimeter.

Starting it after it has been sitting for around 8 hours is getting impossible.

Pulled it apart again at the weekend.
Cleaned up the resistor and fan connectors, bit of WD40.
Seems to be working fine for now Smile

I did try it with the resistor unplugged, 6 pin, nothing on any ...

I'm thinking that there is a fault with the wiring or switch.
Voltage shows ok, but when the fan goes to spin up and draw power the wire or switch can't cope with the current.
Of that makes sense.
