mine failed its mot yesterday so will be taking a wee trip to the scrappys, don't have the money or the time to get it fully repaired so from tomorrow I'll be without a car for the forseable future

It doesn't like the backend that info runs on Sad I looked into it before and without hacking loads of code into it it doesn't natively ...

sounds like the icv needs changed/cleaned, mine has started doin this again so I'll probably be taking mine off to clean it again

thanks, I'll get a new connector and try get one of the electricians at my work to solder it for me, they are h7 so I'll need to remove the full thing and just take it in with me one day

one of my main beam connectors has melted and is giving me a dodgy connection for that bulb, are these easy to replace? and if so how would i go about it? is it a case of taking the full headlight out ...

this happened to me before, couldn't get the boot open at all though, had to get the actuator(?) replaced

I'm guessin the oil in the plugs isn't a good sign then, I would probably be able to take some parts off it but not many as i dont really have the time or knowledge to totally strip a car down

meant to add, when he was checking the plugs 2 of them had oil on them but he couldn't see any oil where the plugs were taken out of, I'm hopin this isn't leading to anythin more serious or the cars g ...

cat looks fine, checked plugs and they look fine also, so going to replace coil pack and see if that helps, noticed that they are ngk plugs so gonna ask them to get me bosch super 4's? see if that mak ...

checked the oil, it's fine, takin it to the garage on Monday till they check the cat, the smell seems to have gone just the noise now

it's not misfiring, just has the smell and the exhaust kind of splutters if that makes sense but there is fumes coming out of it so it's not blocked
