Is it an entirely different crank or just the pulley?
Just want to clarify before going to all the work of a rebuild thats all 
Will it affect the ECU and the Crank Position Sensor at all been ... |

So I'm looking to swap out my engine for another 206 GTI180 but a 2004 plate and mine is a 2003.
The crank pulley might be different, some are key way and some have a 4 bolt pattern like mine and i ... |

Phone Peugeot up mate and ask for both part numbers of each model to be sure. If they are the same then BOOM in business!

If your Tyre pops/blows because of it you'll damage your car but could also swerve in traffic so do drive it mate until its fixed.

Is the gti 180 six tensioner the same as the gti 138 tensioner??
As gates do just the pulleys but can only find it for a description of 2.0 16v? |

Is there a gates pulley for the tensioner or a complete gates tensioner as I've just put a whole
Hates kit on mine. Timing belt, aux belt, waterpump and all pulleys.
I wanted to keep it all gates ... |

I know you don't just smash a thinner gasket on and hope that you don't smash the valves on the piston head!

So was thinking of head gaskets if I was to place high compression pistons in the EWJ104S lump.
I then thought of upgrading the head gasket but I cannot find any for the GTI 180?

Yea after more research i should have bought the proper tools but no one seems to have a kit just for the !*).
There are 2 holes on the exhaust cam yes and I intend move the timing on the exhaust c ... |

Did the Aux Tensioner fit the RFK engine?? or has anyone found just the roller. I have looked for a power gate one as with the cambelt kit and they do a Aux Belt idler ... |

So got the car started today and all the coolant bled and idles lovely.
I have a issue with power loss now!!! (It's never ending haha :P)So it drives OK there just seems to be no power what so ever ... |
