should see some of the sills i have to repair in work, we have contracts with alot of courier companies who hire work vans from other companies, when the hire period is up they all have to be repaired ...

a decent bodyshop will have a stud welder which welds little studs to the sill and then they will use a dent puller to pull the dent out, if they haven't got a stud welder a few tiny holes can be dril ...
