I've gone for extreme 206 mania stand as I don't think this site is anywhere near as active as it was.
This project was all about cost and reliability as I've blown a gti engine and snapped a shaft ... |

Gone over checked all contacts and checked all wires for brakes and corrosion. Used contact spray and tested sparks again. I even swapped the 2 wires that control the spark and no luck was a long shot ... |

Coil pack has been changed and wires look fine as do connections to ecu plugs etc |

The gti 180 discs are fine there will be extra brake pedal travel and squeel with light braking I run them for years with no issues |

did mine with a hammer and chisel just watch out for the oil level sensor costs a bit when you hit it by accident |

Sorry not been on here for a while. The dash is relatively easy to remove the passanger air bag is attached from behind with a few nuts the dash has 4 screws to the steering wheel cross bar that runs ... |
