If you can see the white primer through it the only way to get rid completly is a respray on those panels but depends how much you want to spend. if its thin and your tight, get a colour wax touchup lipstick thing then polish it, if you you want something mre perminant but equally as cheap, touch up paint and a really steady hand!

If the paints missing and down to the white primer there is no point getting scratch remover or having it polished! that will only remove more paint, it can't put paint back on can it.

they cheap way to do it is to get a touch up stick and some clear laqucer and some medium grade rubbing compound and the finest grade wet and dry sand paper you can find (2500+)
1.primer the scrath first let it dry
2. fill the scratch with the touch up stick (just slighty over fill it) let that dry over night.
3 soak your sand paper in warm water and washing up liquid lightly.
4. lightly rub the scratched area making sure it is always wet (do this until paint is smooth)
Repeat stages 1-4 until scratch is gone / barely visible

5.use some rubbing compound with a cloth not a machine just the help amooth it out a little more
6. give it a few coats of clear laqucer leave it to dry then use your rubbing compund on a machine polisher the remove any over spray from he door and apply polish to give it a good shine

I done this to my friend black honda civic EP3 (Night hawk black pearl colour ) he had two scratches one on his rear qaurter panel and one on his driver door about 3-4 inches long and then went right down to primer if i can find the pics of it before and after ill post them up
