I'd recommend a new one if the car is being kept, use the discount codes and see what they come out at with ECP?
If having it a year or so, get one from a scrappy, you'll be looking at less than ebay prices

www.eurocarparts.com/e...45b&000312

Would that one be ok, i can get £40 off with the promo code.

or should i go for the more expensive one and then if i ever change my car to say a 180 it will have all the options i will need.

Would i be able to use my existing stereo steering wheel controls stalk on the new unit.

The 180 unit will have ESP so avoid it, if you bought a 180 it'd have these stalks anyway.

If it's the one in the picture then it looks like the one. If you don't have auto lights then try get one without the equivalent end button on the indicator stalk (annoying having buttons that don't work anything!)

Stereo stalk will swap over

Could i just swap the wiper stalk with one that has the mfd button instead of changing the whole unit.

Ok cheers, just had a look on pp2000 and my ecu wouldn't let me change the setting for the mfd to miles, I have enabled the trip computer in the bsi, I have a feeling it won't work or if it does displays the wrong value on the mfd.
