Thanks guys. I made a skeleton frame out of mdf and then got some stretchy material a bit like long Jon material and stretched it over the frame staple gun it all round.then you have to fiberglass it's about 3 times.then rub it all down pug n prime it's takes a fair bit of time don't get me wrong I work in a body shop so it was easier as had the sanders and that there. Also look on the you tube that's how I learnt how to make it lol sounds silly but u tube is well helpful

I'm after a custom one, really specific, designed it last year and still haven't got around to making it. I'm feeling like taking a week off over the summer to do it.
