Way to damaged, the white marks don't appear to be lacquer peal alone and look to be deep marks which if it is and has hit the weave then it's only good for the bin.

If it were on for 30 quid it would be worth a punt. I work in composites and most of that is surface damage and easy to clean up - remove the clear coat and relacquer (once you have recoated in in a protective layer of course). The bigger problem is the damage in the 3rd pic. Looking at cutting a fair bit of that structure out to put a repair patch in, and you will need a heat blanket to cure the repair, as I don't know what resin system they have used but if they are selling it for 90 quid I doubt it would hold up to a cure cycle heat in an oven.
