Ok time for a stupid question !!

Anyone know the correct part name or number for the hose that comes from the expansion bottle to the radiator please ??? Its approximately 3 foot long and has plastic type clips at each end, not jubilee clips !!
The one fitted is cracked half way along and leaking water, typical.

Thanks guys

I stand by my PS above: this exploded diagram is not off-the-shelf on the internet Smile It's taken from Peugeot's Service Box website (registered account needed) after selecting your car's model and engine

Glad I found this thread as I too am in need of one of these Number 5's and possibly a Number 6!

Car is a 2001 1.4 8v 206

Background is that the existing bottle is filthy and you cannot see the coolant level through the filth. I've soaked in in a solution of clothes washing powder and then separately bleach to no avail, it simply isn't transparent.

So I bought a brand new 'topran' replacement.

The problem is it doesn't fit...

The old bottle has a socket on the bottom which is secured by a dainty little clip and the upper pipe simply pushes onto a spiggot (with a hose clamp over that).

The new bottle on the bottom has a traditional push fit and hose clamp arrangement hence needing a revised Nr.6. The upper fitting looks like it needs a mini hose-lok type fitting.

Will these same parts fit the 1.4 ?

Many thanks
Colin

Thanks Sim,

I've gone ahead and ordered £50's worth of what are really minor parts to get round this!
