#1: Black HDi Rescued!! Author: ChrisCC, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Tue Jun 08, 2010 3:42 pm ---- Basically without going into too much detail, brought a bit of a tatty, mix and match half modded black HDi, that was flithy, looks clean in the pics, but they must have been photoshop'd because it was minging when i picked it up. Was slow, cheesed up with mdf parcel shelf with 3 6x9 holes I love liverpool number plates, actual rabbit hutch wire mesh front grille (yes you heard right) awful lexus lights, stained interior, £2 sunday market pedals.. You get the idea...
Anyway went from this.... doesnt look that tatty in pics - but trust me.. IT WAS!
And after several blood, sweat, tears, headaches, long road trips, full weekends outside and most importantly money..... to this..
Spec is pretty much as same as in my signature... plus a few other bits like new style grille, sp chrome handles and 180 gearknob, mist washer jets, full service, new tyres etc.. but those speak for themselves...
If im picky i want the back lowered a bit more but due to the roads where I live and the kit i carry in the boot it doesnt seem a wise
Im due to be selling it soon as im thinking i might treat myself to a 180... so any interest give us a shout.... Last edited by ChrisCC on Tue Jun 08, 2010 3:46 pm; edited 2 times in total
