#6: Re: euro 206 Author: robertmarcs, Location: carmarthenPosted: Wed Jun 16, 2010 12:15 pm ---- sweet interior mate! did they wrap the rear boot panels? and how much work as it to do the headlining?
#7: Re: euro 206 Author: E5GDM, Location: EssexPosted: Wed Jun 16, 2010 12:16 pm ---- Nice car from the outside, I'm not keen on the brown interior though.
#8: Re: euro 206 Author: marky, Location: stoke on trentPosted: Wed Jun 16, 2010 12:23 pm ---- spacers and tyres are the next thing to be done. I am thinking of having another respray and smoothing the rubstrips door handles and cut down the boot recess, but it's all money lol
the boot has mdf side panels trimmed in alacantara and the metal around the boot shut is trimmed in alcantara which was a b*****d to do. the roofling wasn't too bad apart from getting it off due to it being bonded on and it being quite thin
#9: Re: euro 206 Author: TTnTT, Location: Telford,ShropshirePosted: Wed Jun 16, 2010 12:57 pm ---- Looking great mate saw it at FCS got a pic Your local aswell if you know anyone who can help start euroing mine let me know Mainly neeed some who is a cheap sprayer

#16: Re: euro 206 Author: Ross, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Wed Jun 23, 2010 2:53 pm ---- Love this mate, but I think it would look so much better if you dropped the front more to even up the arch gaps front and rear.
Wheels are lovely, I need some Image splits in my life!
#17: Re: euro 206 Author: marky, Location: stoke on trentPosted: Fri Jun 25, 2010 11:10 am ---- yea dropping the front is on the list with different tyres and spacers but it rubs on the front now and i catch my splitter every time i pull out of the drive but, needs must

#23: Re: euro 206 Author: Jay794, Location: Sheffield/Chesterfield/DronfieldPosted: Wed Feb 02, 2011 10:16 am ---- I saw this in Fast Car oddly is looks pretty standard on the outside, it doesn't even look lowered. Also whats with the TVR paint? on paper it doesn't look any different from an over polished EZR

Read the bit in bold please, what I meant was in Fast Car it just looked like any old EZR paintjob
#26: Re: euro 206 Author: Resolutionary, Location: South West LondonPosted: Wed Feb 02, 2011 11:08 am ---- Saw this in the last issue of Max Power, and saw it at Trax - took many photos as its pretty much what I want mine to look like on the outside (can't afford an interior like that!). Top quality job mate!
#27: Re: euro 206 Author: no_offences, Location: LeedsPosted: Wed Feb 02, 2011 12:13 pm ---- seen it featured in max, nice interior but the exterior isnt realy euro is it no smoothing etc?
#28: Re: euro 206 Author: Jay794, Location: Sheffield/Chesterfield/DronfieldPosted: Wed Feb 02, 2011 12:29 pm ---- I think its just the front grill, the debadging and the wheels that make it euro styled
#29: Re: euro 206 Author: marky, Location: stoke on trentPosted: Sat Feb 05, 2011 12:51 pm ----

the paint is extremely difficult to capture on camera we had 5 flashes set up round the vehicle on both shoots and you could see it but not on the camera. come to a show this year and you will see it.
i'm quite surprised you don't think it is lowered as it has no helper springs in the coilovers and is around 100m on the front
as for smoothing i'm having the bonnet extended and smoothed over winter and hopefully wider wheels.
#30: Re: euro 206 Author: Jay794, Location: Sheffield/Chesterfield/DronfieldPosted: Sat Feb 05, 2011 1:56 pm ---- It looks low, but 100mm? never does it scrape much when driving round?
#31: Re: euro 206 Author: Southall, Location: Warwickshire, UKPosted: Mon Feb 07, 2011 3:10 pm ---- I was reading about this a while back, very nice project your doing here! Similar to my hopes and dreams . Definitely needs a bit more smoothing, maybe over the fog lights also, in my humble opinion.
Edit: I noticed your not too far away from myself, where did you get the smoothing done? any tips ect? Cheers
#32: Re: euro 206 Author: JordGJ, Location: Leeds / West MidlandsPosted: Sun Feb 13, 2011 9:38 pm ---- Love it, wheels are perfect interior is stunning... top example of oem+/euro, i aspire to this kinda thing!
Seen it at FCS, Trax and west mids halloween cruise and now in FC... always looks ace
#33: Re: euro 206 Author: Lowercase, Location: East SussexPosted: Sat Sep 17, 2011 1:13 pm ---- love the interior on this, how much did the retrim cost you? and what did you have done professionaly and what did you tackle yourself?
#34: Re: euro 206 Author: shell-vt, Location: durhamPosted: Sat Sep 17, 2011 4:23 pm ---- really nice ...

#38: Re: euro 206 Author: marky, Location: stoke on trentPosted: Sat Jan 21, 2012 9:41 am ---- oops forgot about this thread. thanks for the positive comment and suggestions.
to answer some questions the car is now lowered to the bottom with no helper springs and has jamex coilovers fitted so it is now estimated at around 110mm drop on the front.
i know it's not the smoothest 206 out there but i was painted 3 years ago and was an oem+ build at the time, i'll try find some old pictures. I am thinking of another full respray and having losts of smoothing done but unfortunatly funds don't allow at the moment. all the bodywork was done by a local bodyshop in stoke on trent, pm me if you want their details
the retrim was done by premier car trim in warrington i did price up the hides to do a diy job but I am not a good enough trimmer and could not risk ruining £400 of leather. it cost me £1200 for the seats and doorcards and £600 for the rooflining pillars and parcel shelf. it's a lot of money but it was a top quality job and is the best point of the car.
The audio install and all the boot trimming i did myself aswell as the tweeter builds and sub boxes. All interior lighting and painting the dash plastics and amplifiers i also did.
I have plans for finishing a few little bit off for this year then it will either be a refresh or a full new project.
I will put some updated photos up soon as the wheels are a bit wider than the last shots i put up
