the t16 engine has a charge cooling system instead of intercooled, the pump for the charge cooler only comes in when on boost so instead its wired to be pumping all the time, however the ecu needs to see a resistance as if its started something so the fan is to make the ecu think that its starting the pump

well im threw carlisle most sat and do drive it round sat night, keep an eye out for me
