Sounds good to me I haven't put mine in yet. Did you bolt your standard seat belt clip onto your sub frame then?

Nice one thanks for the info mate it's just I'd like to mainly use standard belts day2day and use my harnesses on track ect. Is it just the metal bracket with the clip on the end?

Car looks original and I like it.

My plastic strips on roof have faded badly. Tempted to respray them in white as yours look so good

Exactly the same reasons! My roof strips were fading and I also covered it accidentally by waxing the roof. Got person who was wrapping roof to wrap those strips Smile

I decided not to go for air ride suspension after getting quoted 2,500+ to buy the parts needed then pay again to have it fitted and I would of had to decided where to put the air tank :/

Then I came across Nic_206 v6 206, had a chat with Nic and Gary and I have decided to go for torque/power. But before that happens I need to upgrade!

Ordered FK coilovers(Thanks UZ for the link) waiting for mr postman. Ordered 2 new top mounts (bilstien) and 2 drop links.
The top mounts came and a drop link came (1 still on back order)

I'm waiting for Gary to get back to me about exhaust upgrade.

I will be without my car for 2 weeks whilst Gary has it and it's going to be a painful wait but it will be worth it(will be like a new car)

I already asked Adrian Flux before getting in touch with Gary and they don't give 2 hoots! Dvla will be notified when change is completed.

Vroom vroom

Should be fun upgrade Paul, when I picked my car up after having the 1st work done, Matt took me for a blast isn't it, sitting in the passenger seat I couldn't beleve the difference in power. Just make sure you upgrade your brakes as that's a heavy lump + more power to stop Wink

With all the extra intake ect I think it's a tad heavier than a standard 1.4/1.6 set up. I was saying (I) wouldn't run close to 200 bhp on standard lower spec brakes, I upgraded to the 307hdi due to over heating my standard gti setup.

Jesus thats one hell of a car, I'd have mine like that if i had the time and money, minus the black bonnet, roof and lights though. well done anyway. Like those seats alot, bet you turn some heads in it too.

Woah that's a few comments! Thank guys (don't know what on earth is happening to notifications?).

I have 2xdrop links 2xtop mounts but my coilovers are still stuck in germany(since Thursday), at a guess it's customs holding it up(upside down smile)

I really can't wait for engine upgrade!
