P zero Neros are designed as a compromise for all round weather and as such shouldnt be compared against all types of high performance tyres.

I have a pair on the front of mine and apart from some tramlining when new, I quite like them, due to replacing all four corners on mine this winter so will be trying some of the places mentioned in here, I have also found mytyres not so cheap anymore.

Similar to lots of online places, start out cheap...

It's just like Euro Car Parts. Castrol Edge oil is £4 cheaper at Halfords. Just a shame that I have to go and collect it from the shop!

Just bought some tyres...for the 207CC. 205/45/17 W88 Continental Sport Contact 3.

Fully fitted through BlackCircles if I enter the reg number = £143.32

Went into my local independent tyre shop, straight away a price of £120 each fitted inc VAT.

Knowing people just use the internet for shopping these days I think these internet companies are increasing prices as they can get away with it.

Most of mytyres tyres are sourced in Europe .. the Euro's having a bad time against the pound so they cost more ...

I use the internet to find the best prices then ask my local tyre dealers. More often than not they beat the internet price or at least match it .. but remember, don't tell them what you have been quoted until after they tell you what they can do .. they could be cheaper, and they will jack the price up to match yours. Defeats the object somewhat!
