Results are really starting to come through now. It was such a massive undertaking when you started I thought you had bitten off too much, didn't think it would ever hit the road. Credit where its due. You have more self will than I do.

Update: ermmm yeh, im not quite sure what to put tbh as its only really been small things!

Wired in the oem temp sensor, adjusted a few more settings on the ecu not much though be it!

Since the loom was tucked ive suffered with warer ingress in the sething, to avoid this ive added some hidden guttering trails to avoid this ever from happening again. Whether it will work is another matter Laughing

Well shes been mapped, and i can safely say i more than happy with how well she performed!

She is only running low boost atm ( 7 psi ), but achieved a stonking 144bhp @ 6776 rpm! Which equates to about 102bhp per litre!

More is to come by far out of the old girl though Smile

It's great that it actually works! Congrats so far Thumb Up

Hopefully you'll work on that woeful torque figure - it's less than a standard 1.4HDi Sad

Something to aim for ... my (standard) 1.4TSi currently stands at 120.24 bhp/litre Wink

Thanks mate!

Well if it gets what we expect when I return, of near the 220 mark. The volumetric efficency will near on 300 percent (brand new the engine produces 74) and with a bhp per litre of 157!

Im still happy now that its producing double the standard bhp Smile

Really impressive what you have done with it. Just bought a 306 after having big 4x4's for a couple of years. Quite a difference getting out of a Range Rover and driving a little Peugeot. The Range Rover like driving a church in comparison Very Happy

2.0HDI so I can save up some money and sell my 4x4's. Driving like I stole it and having fun in the process.

Good luck tuning her up. Just don't blow that brand new engine up!

Bit of an update:

She is in the paint shop once again! Been a bit of a busy week off work, but tomorrow she will be in lacquer Smile

Only a few changes, but I reckon not many will like them!

Photos will be up once she is all back together Smile

I haven't been yet but one of the technicians at my branch said he saw your car when he was up there (about a month ago). I showed him this thread and his face dropped lol. He said something about a 2ft flame?! Shocked
