Not been on here in a very long time, it's good to see you're still going with this, and nailed it. Gonna look so sweet when it's done!

Thanks mate, I can safely say she is not far away from being done at all!

I will update with some photos after ive cleaned her next weekend. But i can safely say she is so close to being back on the road is scary!

Its been tinkering bits that ive been doing which has taken a fair amount of time, such as:

- Glovebox is FINALLY in, with all the wiring labelled
- The linkages have been adjusted to almost perfect
- Found a replacement for my bodged rear engine mount so now the longer shaft fits perfect
- De powersteering and rebuilding the rack
- Wiring in a few more items
- Getting the OEM speedo to finally work!
- Adjusting how the loom sits
- Fixing the water temp issue (fluxuation)
- Resealing my RH's
- Generally f*****g about

Watch this space, as in two weeks time the BHP will be revealed to me and all of you!

Didn't think you would ever have it done tbf. The results will be interesting to say the least. I think you should take it down the strip Wink

Nor did I. Its been a combination of things stopping me, from the fact of how much ive spent on her, my other sell on projects and working near on 7 days a week with two jobs.

But atleast all I can say the hard ship is almost over! Smile

You never stop do you. I know how you feel. I work 60 hours a week and I have 3 4x4's on the go at the moment. My 206 sat in the garage for a year before I got around to selling it. Can't belive someone actually bought it tbh.

Nice progress. Some guys in SA are very much interested in this project

Do you perhaps have a date set by which you want it to be completed? I would still like to be alive by then Laughing

Hit a bit of s lump with life, and not much work has happened since the end of jan.

But the good news, is im loving her again! So my im using every evening I can Smile

Updates?

Well i wont say any names but i was not impressed at all with the people i took to have the map done, and they blamed the turbo being too big for not spooling till 5500rpm. Couple of tests later at home and i find its simpley not enough preload on the actuator and a few pipes leaking air.

I also found my injectors were f****d, so now she is running peco 492cc injectors. Though to actually fit to poxy things I had to make my own loom which was not the funniest of things (since the old loom is covered in solid rubber)

Since also changing the back mount the turbo did touch the rad but ive now moved it even FURTHER forward giving me approx 1 to 2cm clearance

After adjusting the map to suit the 492's my self along with the afterstart enrichment. I took her for a little go up the road to see if she boosted okay, and to my suprise it came in at a mear 3500rpm! Which is not bad considering the A/R is .48 (T25/T28 hybrid)

All that is really left is an engine damper or secondary mount i want to fit, and my revised camber adjustment on the rear, as ive never been truely happy with my original method
