So...
Life is getting very hectic at the moment for me, a lot of family troubles etc. Want to get away from it for a few days on a low budget. I live in Chippenham, Wiltshire (near swindon) in people's experience, what si the BEST city in the UK to escape too and have a few days to myself? I have only ever been to Bath, Bristol, Exeter and London. Open to complete suggestions please. Doesn't matter distance, will get train if need be.

Weird thing to post here but don't want to post on facebook as that's half the problem of why I need to get away!!!

Go abroad. The whole of the UK is w**k, no matter where you go. Going abroad is just as cheap, if not cheaper.
