Ok so I turn of my engine and the electrics still work, window wipers and electric windows, I've never noticed that before, I thought when you switch off the engine the electrics would turn off too, they have in other cars I've driven anyways.....

What year is your car? I can turn mine 1 click and all the electrics work including windows and stereo, then its another click and another to start the engine.

Unless you mean you've taken the key out, in that case mine doesn't

Hey yeah turns out it was the battery, I've actually had it changed today, so will see how it goes, most mornings for the past week or so it's struggled to start, so hopefully all should be fine now.

you car is multiplexed Jodie. the electronics fully shut off after 3 mins iirc, so you can still close your windows etc even after turning the car off! Wink
