#1: exhaust centre pipe replacements Author: retta, Location: leedstown, cornwall PostPosted: Mon Oct 25, 2010 4:05 am

Hi guys,

Just wondered if someone could advise a bit on exhausts if poss please.

I replaced the back box with a stainless one shortly after buying my car - recently been told the whole centre pipe will need replacing.

is it possible to get a stainless centre pipe to join onto the backbox, and if so, any rough ideas how much it'd be..

also been told there are two different centre pipes depending on where the cat is (in the centre, or nearer the front of the car) - been told for a standard non-stainless one it's about 50 quid if the cat is nearer the middle of the pipe, am guessing it'd be more if the cat is near the front of the pipe?

any help/advice would be much appreciated Smile
