I am not planning any major mods, because it is too new and has warranty etc. Just a few minor bits & pieces
Besides, there are few things you can do to improve things on a VW

The uprated oil cooler and improved camshaft, modified lubrication system to reduce bearing wear on the camshafts & crankshafts.
Enough reason? LOL
Oh, and it's a Mk6, not a Mk5 (lighter, more economical, more fuel efficient)

Yes, will fit it tomorrow and see [and take photos].
Will paint the silver 'I' in the 'GTI' badge with black paint too - don't want people thinking it's the full-fat version

The Golf 6 is lower, lighter, and wider than the 'a**e up' Golf 5 - which makes it look more modern & fresher.
My sister has a Golf 5, she prefers the 6's looks to hers - if she didn't have a budget to adhere to (under £10k) she'd have a 6
