#1: Uprating reversing lights advice please? Author: Werdnal, Location: Cornwall, UKPosted: Fri Dec 03, 2010 4:06 pm ---- The reversing lights on my SW are crap. I have to drop my son at Scouts in a cramped unlit carpark every week, and can hardly see to turn 'round. I also live down a very narrow country lane, and if I meet any of the local eldery female drivers who won't/can't reverse, then its up to me to back up a quarter of a mile to the nearest gateway to let them through. Coupled with the tinted rear screen, I can hardly see anything!
Anyone please advise what bulbs I could use to improve things?

Or change the fog light to a reverse light and the right reverse light to a fog light.
At what? My HID post or Lee's ignorance about HID's for reversing lights?

Even more so

Ignorance?
A) Reverse lights wouldn't be on long enough for them to heat up and be bright enough
B) They don't make HID P21W conversion kits

Its not just the car park. Reversing in general in the dark is a pain in the @rse. Just wondered if there was an easy upgrate.
