2) Drill it out, get a drill smaller than the diameter of the screw and drill from the top.
3) (Can't remember if you can do this on your airbox, as I'm not sure if the tip of the screw is exposed but..) Try using a pair of pliers to turn the screw from the bottom, then you should have enough to turn the screw out from the top with your pliers. - probably your first option.
