#1: Screw rounded off need help Author: eddrj, Location: BerkshirePosted: Sun Dec 05, 2010 7:00 am ---- Just noticed my air filter box one of the little screws is rounded off cant undo it atall other 3 are ok how annoying , so when next need new air filter or major service cant get it off any ideas ??

2) Drill it out, get a drill smaller than the diameter of the screw and drill from the top.
3) (Can't remember if you can do this on your airbox, as I'm not sure if the tip of the screw is exposed but..) Try using a pair of pliers to turn the screw from the bottom, then you should have enough to turn the screw out from the top with your pliers. - probably your first option.
