What would be needed to make them fit if it is possible to make them fit?

Offset needs to be down to ET25 (so 10mm adapters, the ones in that link are 20mm). 20mm will work, just make them sit out of the arches a little bit.

although it will be lowered as low as can go so not sure if i should find 10mm ones then?

^^ you'll need these but the bore needs to be 57.1 which is VW fitment...but depends on what cars their bought for. If there bought for a Renault the ones in the link are perfect.
