No updates on the Lupo unfortunately, but I do have a new, older lady in my life called Lola, a '66 Beetle.

Thanks Smile

May have to raise her up slightly. Ripped up a cats eye the other day, and it's generally just brutal, the front beam is constantly hitting the road. I haven't measured it but I would say it's less than an inch off the road.

Hopefully I'll get to clean it soon and take some better photos.

What's it like underneath, it is rot free and just scraped from cats eyes? Laughing

I guess you bought the car as is and haven't built this up yourself? Any plans for it?

Yeah it's all solid, but no doubt has a few war wounds underneath!

Yeah I bought it as is, picked it up last Saturday. Plans are to look after it and use it when the weather's nice and enjoy it, it lives in a garage the rest of the time. There are a few little bits to fix/tidy up, and as for mods I'm contemplating getting the wheels fully polished at some point (lose the black inserts), and add a few cool accessories like swan neck mirrors, headlight grilles, Venetian blind in the rear window etc.
