#1: non starter Author: damongoodman, Location: brimptonPosted: Wed Dec 15, 2010 4:05 am ---- hi my 206 has died and i don't know why ? on monday i pulled out my drive and went to pull away and the car stalled and then wouldn't start again. at first i thought it was the battery but i have tried a battery booster pack and jump starting it but still nothing,i get all the lights come on the dash and central locking works fine so i know its not the battery now.i have tried rocking it and this did not have any effect, the only thing that does happen when i try to start it is when i release the key it sounds like the fan tries to spin up ! any help would be very appreciated, its a s reg 1.4 lx. cheers in advance Damon

yea definitely has petrol in it !!! i will try the red button ,(what is it ,and what does it do? )

Sometimes this system activates itself by whatever reasons...
