my mate is a pug machanic and he said he has known them to go as quick as a month or two with aftermarket, he laughed at me when i said that i used aftermarket ones.

Cheap aftermarket ones are s**te, been there done that.

The aftermarket ones are poor and the bushes break very quickly. I have heard of them going in less than a week in some cases. Its just your luck if you get a good set

Genuine Peugeot one's are only slightly more.
Last changed mine back in 2005 / 50k miles ago, fit genuine part's & they last

They did, and found that the bottom arms had no play, same with anyother suspension areas
