#1: One key woes!! Author: poncho, Location: Margate KentPosted: Tue Jan 04, 2011 2:29 pm ---- Evening, My daughters 206 only came with one key,(not a remote locking one) I'm told that it has a chip inside and to get a replacement you need a code.
We bought the car with no paperwork, no owners handbook or radio code Is it a dealer only job to get this key cut or does someone know of an alternative way?
Bit cheeky as a first post but if the daughter loses the only key then are we looking at a whole new lock set and immobilizer?

ebay is best bet, and i got mine cut at timpsons and didnt cost me a penny becouse they couldnt garantee it would work lol
