So unbelievably tired now, but an update all the same:

First job was to pop on another exhaust manifold as mine had a slight crack in it due to them fitting a small 'precat' after the manifold which causes it to warp shortly after cold starts.

Timing chain on and rocker on properly:

Inlet on:

Alternator and custom made idler for the charger belt:

Wiring to be sorted:

Sorted!Injectors & fuel rail on. Tried to keep as much of the 'factory' look as possible:

Into the block:

Chargecooler pipework:

Charger on:

Filling up the coolant systems and attaching the throttle body:

Milltek and heat shield on:

Bleeding the systems:

All of us three working hard:

Most things back together:

Rear clam back on:

Lights in:

Tomorrow I'll finish the rest off, fitting the front clam, the interior back in, and setting the coilover ride heights.

First startup - very boring video and it sounds horrible because it's a crap microphone.

Hopefully I'll have it running and on the road later in the day, only working on my own now so it will take a bit longer.

Ha, don't ask the question if you don't know if one was out there.

But to answer your query, I don't think there was a supercharged VX produced. I may be wrong, but I thought this project would make Sebs car quicker than any factory/standard VX.
